Hi,

I randomly get the following JavaScript error while navigating through a site I built using RadControls for ASP.net Ajax. I am using v2008.1.530.20 of the Telerik.Web.UI.dll. The error happens completely at random, while clicking on different rad controls.

Microsoft JScript runtime error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException: The message received from the server could not be parsed. Common causes for this error are when the response is modified by calls to Response.Write(), response filters, HttpModules, or server trace is enabled.
Details: Error parsing near 'Telerik.Web.UI 2008.'.

Is there a version that fixes this issue. Or is there another resolution for this bug.

any help will be appreciated.

thank you.

Hi Shinu,

Thanks for your response. I think my issue is also caused by the fact that I am using the trial version of the product and the trial version message does a response.write.(as mentioned in the forum link you posted.)
We are going to buy the controls very soon, so I think I should be all set. If the issue still persists after getting the license,I'll let you know.

thank you.
