RadWindow and DNN

I have a RadWindowManager and a single RadWindow in it.  The window opens fine if the user is logged in.  However, the window does not open when the user is logged out. 

Any help is appreciated.

Could you please provide more information about this problem? What exactly is happening - do you get an error of some kind if the user is not logged in? Could you provide a live Url where we can see this behavior?
