A developer that was fired for doing a really bad job developed part of our internal CRM application using Telerik. Over the last week we have encountered an error message
that says the following:

Is this something that can solved easily or does one need to be a Telerik developer?

This error is most likely caused of missing handlers in the web config. RadProgressManager smart tag can register them for you. More information on how to do this can be found here. If the issue persist, you can check this help topic for additional troubleshooting.
