We are using the radtooltipmanager to show tooltips in a datagrid.  If the tooltipmanager is placed below the datagrid, everything works in Firefox.  However, it stops working in Internet Explorer.

If the tooltipmanager is placed above the datagrid, it works fine in Internet Explorer, but does not work in FireFox.

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Hello vincent,

I tested the described setups but both of them work both in IE and FF and this is the expected behavior. I was not able to understand what exactly do you mean by "don't work" - are the tooltips not shown at all or their content is not the correct one?

Please, prepare a sample, fully runnable project including a sample DB if needed, open a new support ticket and send it to me along with a detailed explanation of the reproduction steps and the desired behavior. Once I receive it, I will do my best to help.

Kind regards,
