Using version 2008.3.1314.35.

If you set TextMode="MultiLine" and Rows="10" then you can't paste text into the control using IE7. It works fine in FireFox.

I believe it has to do with the security settings in IE7 (though I can't figure out which one) because if you move the site into the "Trusted" zone (or, presumably the "Intranet" zone) then it works. It does NOT work if the site is in the "Internet" zone with default security level (Medium-High).

Hi Scott,

Unfortunately we introduced this bug with the latest release. Our developers fixed it immediately and you can find attached to this thread a hotfix that addresses the problem. Let us know if you encounter any problems with it.

Is there a version available for us paid subscribers, or does the hotfix here work for that too?  I don't want to deploy a trial version in our production environment.

I'm with Don, I don't want to use a HotFix in our production environment for such a small issue.

I assume that this fix will be included in the Q1 2009 release? And I assume that the Q1 2009 release isn't too far away?

Hello guys,

You can download a dev version which includes the fix from the 'Internal Builds Downloads' section of your Client.Net accounts.

All the best,

Can you provide clear instructions on what exactly we need for this?  Is it just a matter of swapping out the core DLL?

Hello Don,

Please see this article from our Knowledge Base which elaborates what you need to do to upgrade Telerik controls to another version or license and let me know if further questions arise.
