Hi. I love the Telerik ASP.NET and Sharepoint controls. Is there a RadTabStrip web part for Sharepoint 2010? Is it possible to easily incorporate the existing RadTabStrip into Sharepoint 2010? I've been searching for an easy (and good looking) tabbing solution for Sharepoint and wondered if your beautiful controls can be used for this. Thanks.

Hi Alex ,

You should be able to easily replace the default SharePoint 2010 navigation with our AJAX tabstrip in the way depicted in the documentation topics below:

http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/moss-incorporate-radcontrols-in-moss-sites.html
http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/moss-replace-sharepoint-quick-launch-menu-with-radpanelbar.html

Although these articles concern our menu and panelbar navigation components, the same approach should be applicable for the tabstrip, too. In addition, you can build your own Visual WebPart which incorporates the tabstrip control (if needed) to be utilized in your custom scenario. For reference see this live demo which illustrates the basics for building Visual WebParts (downloadable source code included):

Thank you, Sebastian. We plan to use tabs as part of the navigation and also as web parts elsewhere on the page to divide up content.
