The documentation for Prometheus 2008 Q1 seems to indicate that the RadScriptBlock or RadCodeBlock is still part of the distribution, but I am unable to find the dll or namespace where it exists.

Both controls are still part of Telerik.Web.UI.dll and can be found Teleril.Web.UI namespace. You can check our Outlook example where RadCodeBlock is used:

and this example where RadScriptBlock is used:
