Can I have the time bars extended tillt eh actual time ina day rather than the entire day?

Hi Phani,
You probably have in mind Timeline view. You can achieve greater precision of the appointments' duration presentation in this view using the SlotDuration property. Optionally, you can specify the TimeLabelSpan property to merge datetime headers into whole days. For example, the following settings break each day into 4 parts (6 hours each). For more precision you should decrease the value of the SlotDuration property, but this will be on the expense of number of columns.
