Even if you do not set the direction of the RadPanelBar control to be rtl (using
<telerik:RadPanelBar runat="server" ID="RadPanelBar1" dir="rtl" >) the control still can get the rtl direction if it is set to some of its parent elements as explained in this demo. Greetings,
