RadPanel Problem in sharepoint site

    Hi

    I have a problem  with RadPanel control in sharepoint site,when i click a root item that has some subitems ,the page is refreshed and
    so i cant click on subitems .(i cant expand panelbar to click subitem ,page is refreshed)!!

    i dont khnow how can i solve it,
    Please help.
    It's urgent for me.

    Where does the skins folder go in the SharePoint Environment to support this?
