Hello Jeff,
What did you mean by "The PanelBar control does not show up"? Could you please explain it a bit more? Was it that you did not see the panelbar icon in the toolbox or something else?
Please see attached the screenshot, where the icon correctly shows up in the toolbox .

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, the panelbar icon is not showing up in the toolbox. I see it in your image but it is not there for me. I will try reinstalling.

Hi Jeff,
It seems you have downloaded the previous version of the controls (RadControls Prometheus) which does not included RadPanelBar. RadPanelBar is included in the latest RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX (formerly RadControls Prometheus).
