Hi,

I just tried using RadMenu with AutoScroll in Telerik.Web.UI.dll 2008.1.515.20

The problem is that scrolling does not work at all in that version.

Is that a known problem and is there any fix addressing it for that same version?

Hello Yash,

We tried to reproduce the reported issue using the latest version of the control, but to no avail. Actually, Telerik.Web.UI.dll 2008.1.515.20 is very old version and I'd suggest you download and upgrade to the latest one.

In addition, please note that all forum posts and support tickets are reviewed by the Telerik support staff and you will get the needed attention. Posting the same question in several places slows us down in our responses as we need to review all of them and write back, losing valuable minutes. This in turn results in slower response times and poorer service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and look forward to providing you with the best support!

The two posts are unrelated.

The scrolling does work in the latest version. I just wanted to know if there is a way to fix the issue in the version I mentioned.

Hello Yash,

As already stated, we were unable to reproduce the issue using the latest version of the control. I'd suggest you download and upgrade to the latest one.

In addition, please specify the exact OS, browser brand and version that you use.

On aside note, we checked your account and noticed that you have not downloaded RadControls 2008.1.515.20 from our site. Still, it seems that you have been using the control for some time now. Since it is our policy to support only registered users, could you please share how you obtained our products? Maybe you downloaded them under a different account. If so, please share it with us so we can update our records and provide you with adequate services.
