Hi Grant,
The issue in question has been logged for fixing. It has not been fixed yet, since we had higher priority tasks pending. I increased its priority as this seems an important feature for your project.
In addition, there is a public Ideas & Feedback Portal item opened for that issue, where you can vote for it, comment it and track its status.

I saw a post about the same issue in 2012 and still there has been no fix.
The rad textbox is very usefull to us but if it doesn't work with android then there's no point.

Hi Grant,
Unfortunately, I am not able to give you a time estimate for fixing that bug. All bugs are ranked based on their priority and then they are scheduled for fixing.
As far as we are aware, the RadMaskedTextBox issue was reported by a customer on 15 October 2013 and we were able to verify it on 23 October 2013. Since then the issue's feedback item has 0 likes. The "likes" ranking is an important feedback scale that shows us if an issue affects a large scale of customers or not. Although the public feedback item has 0 likes, the issue's priority in our internal tracking system has increased.
You can track the RadMaskedTextBox issue and its progress in the feedback portal by clicking the "Follow This Item" button. In addition, you can increase its priority by voting for it.
