how can I with API rotate the X-axis labels?
I tried Rad1.PlotArea.XAxis.StartAngle = 0
but that doesn't seem to be what I think it should be.

I want to rotate them as in my image

I found this that does it
Rad1.PlotArea.XAxis.LabelsAppearance.RotationAngle = 90
