Radgrid with Sql Server Datasource in Hierarchy

I was trying to follow the tutorial to bind the radgrid for the Hierarchy. The tutorial shows binding with Access data source, i am binding with Sql server data source. When i give where calsue in the datasource configuration wizard, it does not show me the details table. If i take off the where clause it shows all records of details table, even though i have set the relation between child and parent table.

please advice.
