RadGrid setup

Here is what I would like to achieve.
I need to display a list of active projects and beneath that, at the same level, another line that would be a header for all inactive ones displayed underneath.
Example:

project 1
project 2
...
project n
+ Inactive Projects
    project 1
    project 2
    ...
    project n
