Dear Telerik,

I am using RadGrid in a web application that is browsed from a touch screen monitor. It becomes very difficult for the users to scroll using the standard sized scroll bars that come up in radgrid. Can someone please advice on how to increase the scroll bar width?

Many thanks,

- Stepan.

Hi Stepan,

The scrollbar styles depend on the OS and the environment (browser) so there is no way to alter them. In fact the content of the RadGrid is in a <div> element with overflow:auto and it is not a custom scrollbar. As far as I know this can be achieved in old versions of IE, but it any case it is not a crossbrowser solution.

I hope this helps.

All the best,
