We haven't received any previous complaints on this topic. Can you show us some relevant sample code we can examine (RadGrid's definition, code-behind, core pieces from the encryption module (if you have access to the source)). It would be best if you could isolate this issue in a sample test project that you can send us. You can open a regular support ticket and attach your project in it. Please refer to this forum thread in the ticket.
