RadGrid Merge Issue- Borders not appear?

When we are  trying to split two cells, borders doesn't appear on radgrid as you can see on the attach file below?
Is it possible to help?

so do you know how to solve this problem?
is it possible or there is some bug in telerik control regarding this issue??

Please open a formal support ticket and send us small runnable example which replicates the described issue. We will test it locally and advise you further.
