Hi bo,
Do you by any chance register a lot of CSS files on the web page? IE has a limitation of max 32 CSS files, it can't handle more.
If this is the issue, consider using RadStyleSheetManager (if you are using embedded skins) or merge the CSS files (if you are using custom skins)
