We have a multiple radgrid on one page. The problem is on the succeeding radgrid when filter button is clicked the context menu is out of position and display way on top of the page. I've attached a screenshot. Would anyone have an idea why is this happening?

Thanks,

Francis

Hi there,

Do you experience the reported problem in Chrome 61+ only?

If yes, we have a sticky note about this problem: Wrong placement of RadContextMenu and RadTooltip in Chrome 61.

If the problem is other please open support tickets and provide a problem isolating project, which shows the issue in action.

Best regards,
Rumen

Hello,

I know this is an old post but I don't see any solution for this.   Using  ASP.NET AJAX R2 2021 with Edge browser. See attached image.

Hi Carlos,

Can you please try the following:

  • Ensure that the page is not rendered in IE Compatibility mode in Edge.
  • Look for any JavaScript errors in the console
  • Look for not loaded CSS / resources files in the console and network tab of Edge
  • Test and see whether the problem is reproducible in Chrome
  • Test with the latest and greatest R1 2022 version.
  • Make a quick Fiddler Jam Chrome Extention capture and share it with us here or privately in a support ticket. It will provide a lot of info easily and allow us to investigate further. Keep in mind that starting from a blank page or at least navigating to your page via the address bar is crucial for capturing all requests and responses:
