We have RadGrid with custome inline edit behavior, on button postback populating grid with some textbox's and label's, till 149 records everything is ok but for 150th record it throwing error on hosting environment, sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException, return 500.Please suggest if any one have any idea about.

The mentioned PageRequestManagerServerErrorException is rather generic and appear in various circumstances which is rather difficult to be directly pointed. However, you can try to disable the Ajax by setting EnableAjax property to false of RadAjaxManager or RadAjaxPanel. Thus we would know what is the exact error you received and where to look for the problem.
