RadGrid Can't Autowrap Issue

I was using RadGrid control, I found if the content is very long it can't auto wrap.
Shown as below figure:

How can I fix this issue?

Hi Marvin,

The Wrap property is True by default but wrapping will take place only if you have white space in the string. You can also refer the followimg forum discussion on this regard.
Email column not wrapping
