Radgrid and XML

I have one Radgrid and I want to display the XML in one of the column of the Radgrid. But it is not seen in the gridview.

How I can achive this?

Does there any special property which I need to set for this?

Got the solution for this.

With the help of Server.HtmlEncode we can achive this.
