RadDock overlaps LoadingPanel

I am using a RadAjaxLoadingPanel which appears centered in the middle of the screen.
In my page I am also using some RadDocks. The problem is LoadingPanel always appears behind RadDocks.
How can I solve that ?

When the RadDock is dragged its z-index is 9999999. So my suggestion is to set a bigger z-index to the loading panel and everything should be OK.

I suggest to update the documentation cause it specifies Radock has z-index = 1000
