RadDateInput and culture

We have a multi culture applicaiton. The design has custom controls that inherits from RADcontrols. One of them is the RADDateInput control.

We attempted to change the culture. We modified the culture of the field from "en-US" to "zh-CN". The dates were automatically displayed in new culture. One abberation I noticed. In US culture following text entered was displayed correctly

Entered Text
3 Feb                --> 2/3/2009 (US Culture)
3 Feb                --> 3/3/2009 (CN Culture).

I tested it on the demo site and the Culture works for the entered text for "US"/"Germany" but for french I noticed the same behaviour described above.

Am I  missing something here?

Hi Ravi,

I tested the issue on the demo site and you are right,  entered text  for French Culture was not displayed correctly.
 
I will contact our development team and will inform them about the matter.

I will follow up with additional information as soon as I have it.
