Hi Bassam,
.NET 2 is supported with versions of RadControls prior to Q1 2011. And because of this Q1 2011 and all next releases of the controls will not have corresponding DLL for .NET 2.0 into their installation folders.. Please see our .NET Support Lifecycle Policy for more information.

So which ASP.NET AJAX version is the latest that still has .net 2.0 support ?

That would be version Q3 2010 SP2 of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. See this forum post for reference.
