Sorry, this is a noob question. I have a drop down menu which uses divs, right below it I'm using the Calendar control; the calendar icon shows on top of my menu when it drops down.
Another instance where I'm having problems is between two rad controls... I'm using a combobox above a splitter, the combobox, when expanded, shows behind the splitter and subsequent pane.

You can control the absolute positioning of popup elements with z-indices. See the resources pointed below for further details:
