Radconfirm Disappears

I am calling the radconfirm window to display a delete prompt from a Delete Column in a RadGrid.  The radconfirm window is displayed briefly then disappears before a button can be clicked.

Is there an example available to show how to use a radconfirm window called from a delete column of a RadGrid?
