radcombobox multicolumn values

If I have created a multicolumn radcombobox, how do I access the secondary selected column values in the code behind?  I can't locate an example of this.

Excellent.  Thank you.  I should have thought of this.  I wound up going back to the database which is pretty ugly but it works for now until I can go back and do it right.
