Hi Siva,

Please add the following CSS rule to the <head> section of your page:

    
            <style type="text/css"> 
        
            div.RadComboBoxDropDown_WebBlue .rcbHovered 
        
            { 
        
                background: Red; 
        
                color: White; 
        
            } 
        
            </style>

It shows how to change the background and the color of the hovered item.
You can adjust the values here.
