RadChart drawn disappears

i have a usercontrol (Third Party Control (Flexcel)- Excel) for exporting the data in RadGrid to an Excel Sheet.
i have a RadPanelBar consisting of RadChart(Chart for the data in RadGrid)  and RadGrid,

i have applied Ajax setting for UserControl to RadPanelBar(consisting of RadChart and RadGrid).
on clicking the Export UserControl sometimes very rarely drawn RadChart image disappears, this happens very rarely in application deployed in US Servers and very rarely in our local server in India...

Please let me know the solution.

Can you enable tracing for your application and investigate the exception that is occurring whenever the chart image fails to redraw?
