When I open the properties of the RadAjaxManagerProxy, I see no control tree in the "RadAjaxManager Property Builder", everything is empty.
I have a master page with an RadAjaxManager and in the content a proxy.
Any idea why?

Hi EricSch,
I suppose you experience the issue within VS 2008 where the problem indeed might be observed. It is explained in details in this blog post. Fortunately, Microsoft fixed the problem with the latest SP1 Beta of the studio so give it a go and let us know if it works for you.
