RadAjaxManager Not Functioning Correctly

Not sure what I have setup wrong here.

Problem:  When I right-click and go to "Configure Ajax Manager" No controls fill in the left pane except for the top node that says "Controls".  When I click this, an error comes up that says, "This node can't be checked!".

I am using Visual Studio 2008 Professional Edition.
I dragged and dropped the RadAjaxManager from my toolbox to the designer form. (RadAjax Manager v1.8.6.0)
There is RadAjax.Net2.dll and radAjax.Net2.xml in my solutions bin directory.

Any ideas or need any more information?
