Hello Silderado,
Could you please elaborate a little bit more on your scenario and the exact problem you are facing? Do you have problems with the RadAjax Property builder in design time or you have problems adding the ajax setting in the aspx?

After the add my project RadAjax in aspx, access their properties to determine which field will be set up.
And when access these properties do not see any option, only CONTROLS.

Is it possible that you placed the ajax manager on master page under VS 2008 without SP1 installed? If this is the case, try updating to the VS 2008 SP1 version where the problem should be already resolved.
You may also try starting a new web site from scratch to see whether this issue can be reproduced in it.
