RadAjaxLoadingPanel is not displayed

I am having the usercontrol which contains

RadAjaxPanel

 

 

with RadGrid and RadAjaxManager and RadWindowManager.

Radwindow opening a new page which is also having RadAjaxManager and RadGrid, for the CRUD operation in the grid does not displaying the RadAjaxLoadingPanel.

Can you please confirm that you set Skin property of the RadAjaxLoadingPanel as below:
ASPX:

<telerik:RadAjaxLoadingPanel ID="LoadingPanel1" runat ="server" Skin="Vista"/>
