Hello Ricky,
The AJAX requests silently update only a portion of your page so that the whole page is not submitted to the server. I'm not sure if the Web Tests support partial page updates though. Perhaps you can check if the required control/area is updated somehow?
Feel free to share the solution to the community as soon as you get that.

Based on the experiment on my VSTS2005, the form-post parameters are not recorded by it. I conjecture this is due to RadAjax request that isn't normal postback, and shouldn't be related to partial rendering. I can't look into the details of RadAjax, so hope you could proivde some knacks to tewak this issue.
(We are conducting some Loading-test experiments to test our testing server.)

I'm afraid we have not experimented in this area so far. A quick search in blogs around the web however gave a useful blog I guess:
