Hi,
I am using RadControles (asp.net) licienced version.
I have Menubar on Top under that i have Scheduler. when i am scrolling the page, Scheduler Header Items Day, Week Month, TimeLine is going under the menubar.
Remaining controle in the scheduler is comming top. Days or Weeks related controle is displaying on Top of the Menubar.
If i move the page total controle should go under the Menubar..
now only header part of the scheduler is going down remaing comming up.
Pls provide the solution.

We need to see the specific code of your implementation to be able to advise you. If you would like to send us a sample project of the issue, you will have to open a support ticket and attach files there. A live url could also help us find the cause of the problem.
One thing you can try for "free" is to set the z-index for RadMenu to some large value. For example,
<telerik:RadMenu ID="RadMenu1" runat="server" style="z-index:10000" />
