Hi,

I have around 450 menu items with a three level heirarchy and its taking lot of time to show the submenus. Can this be much faster??
How can it be done?

Thank you,
Kavya.

Hi aditi,

I'm afraid we cannot fully understand the issue as we are not able to reproduce it locally. Could you please send us at least a live URL that show the problem or better yet attach a simple running project (incl. CSS, images, DB backup and so on) demonstrating the problem(s). In that way we can reproduce and pinpoint the problems you're facing on our side, understand the logic of your application and provide a solution.

Best wishes,
Paul

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.
It is a four level heirarchy menu.
When the root menu item is clicked, it shows a submenu (i.e second level).
When the second level menu item is clicked, it shows third level menu items.
The problem is that it is taking lot of time to show any of  the submenus(after the parent menu item is clicked).

You can check the Web Service load on demand of child items.
