Rad Editor in DotnetNuke

I am using the rad editor in dotnetnuke. There are black box in all of the buttons, see screenshot. I have had similar issues with other controls like color picker.

It seems that some global styles are applied to the editor's toolbar. Please review the following KB article that demonstrates how to resolve the problem: http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/article/b454K-bagh-b454T-a-b454c-a.aspx
