Rad Controls don't render properly

I'm new to Rad and .NET in general.  I having trouble with the RAD controls not rendering properly.  I've downloaded the latest demo version 2008 Q3.  For example the RAD editor with the "Vista" skin will initially display stretched and not recognizable.  This will only clear up after a browser refresh.  Occasionally, a series of "-" will show up extending downward stacked on top of each other.

I'm afraid we cannot fully understand what's the problem. It will be best if you can open a support ticket and send us some screenshots that show the issue.
