RAD button AJAX call causing whole page to refresh

We have Telerik AJAX button on our website (goweb01.gotransit.com) but every time we press the button, the whole page refreshes and we see this error in the Javascript console:

You have marked this issue as resolved in the support ticket that you have opened. If you would like you can provide more details on actual issue and its resolution, so that other members in the forum can benefit of it.

We are aware of similar issues in IE10 caused due to issue with .NET. More information on this regard can be found in this article.
