All online examples are also available offline with your local installation of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. By default, that particular example is located under C:\Program Files\Telerik\RadControls for ASPNET AJAX Q2 2008\Live Demos\TabStrip\Examples\ApplicationScenarios\DynamicPageView.
