The new version of RadEditor for MOSS, which is 5.4.0 and is based on RadEditor for ASP.NET AJAX 2009.1.402, is already available for download. You can download it from Download also: Visual Studio Extensions, DLLs, Scripts, Source Code, DNN and MOSS wrappers ... subsection of the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX download page.
