The RadScheduler control will be available as part of RadControls "Prometheus" and will not be offered separately. Radcontrols "Prometheus" will be officially released in April.
Currently we offer fully supported beta of our RadControls "Prometheus" suite, which you can use in production. To recieve the developer beta version of the "Prometheus" controls now, you need to purchase our RadControls for ASP.NET Developer License + Subscription and Source, $999. Once the "Prometheus' suite is officially released you will receive it at no additional cost as part of your Subscription.
