[Solved] Prometheus Rotator

I note that the roadmap for Prometheus says that Q1 release will see it be out of beta and that Tabstrip, Toolbar and Panelbar will be added.

This leaves the Rotator unaccounted for ??

I've got a couple of sites using the rotator, so am interested in its Prometheus future.

If everything goes as planned, we will release RadRotator for ASP.NET AJAX for Q2 2008.

Hi..

I have just downloaded 2008Q1 version, and realized that Rotator is not yet ready.  Is there a way I can download the Rotator for the previous release?  And how can I use it with 2008Q1 version?

Hi Raymond,

As my colleague Peter stated we plan to migrate RadRotator to our RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX suite (formerly known as Prometheus) for the Q2 2008 release, expected in the middle of this year. If you intend to use the Classic version of RadRotator, you can still download it individually from your Client.net account -> My Licenses -> My Purchases section.

I cannot find the link to download the previous version. 

Anyway, I would use the ASP.NET Adrotator for the time being, until Q2 released.

Any news on this being released?  It is pretty well into Q2 and I can't find that control.  I'm hoping to be able to use it in our site redesign I'm currently working on, so any information would be helpufl

Hello JP,

RadRotator will be ported to the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX suite for the Q2 2008 release, scheduled in the middle of July. In the meantime consider using the old Classic version of the control if applicable.
