[Solved] Prometheus Combo - UI issue

Hi,

In Prometheus combo demo, I can able to select multiple items (which will not be intended).

Is there any way to avoid this UI issue?

Steps to replicate:

1. Go to the url http://www.telerik.com/DEMOS/ASPNET/Prometheus/ComboBox/Examples/PopulatingWithData/AutoCompleteSql/DefaultCS.aspx
2. Select any of the items in the combo and drag the mouse to select another two more items in the combo box.
3. All those selected are highlighted. (which is not intended in UI perspective)
4. No events are fired unless you click on the dropdown.

I am facing the same UI issue in my web application.

Please help me to resolve this.

Unfortunately, this case happens to be a bug in the control. I have forwarded you report to our dev team and they have already fixed it. Please find attached the latest internal build of the control. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

I have used the dll (Telerik.Web.UI.dll, Telerik.Charting.dll)  in the zip file in my web application.

It is working fine.

Please confirm that are these dlls are the licensed version in order to use further.

Hi Par,

The Trial licenses are fully-functional and are identical in functionality to the paid versions.
The only difference is that a trial message come up upon several refreshes of the page.

Hi,
In my Client.net purchase list, Rad Controls prometheus Version 2007.3 (Telerik.Web.UI.dll 2007.3.1425.35) dated 25th Feb 2008 is available. 

But, Telerik.Web.UI.dll with version 2207.3.1517.20 solved my issue which is attached in the zip file.

Please let me know when the latest version will be avaiable to proceed further?

You can download the Futures Build which is newer than the 2007.3.1517 version and contains all the bug fixes and new features.
