ProgressArea Not Displaying

Ok, I have seen mention of this is several places on the forum and here is what I have found. I am using VS 2008 with a target framework of 2.0. When using version 2008.1.515.20 of Telerik.Web.UI.dll the ProgressArea displays just fine. However, when I use the later version of the dll (2008.2.826.20) the ProgressArea will not display on the page.

Telerik, what's going on here?
