I sent a message to clientservices but wanted to post here as well.
I'm trying to download the Q2 2008 RadControls for 2008 "Manual installation" ZIP file. It is consistently hanging at 10-11% completion upon which I have waited up to 45 minutes with no more progess and cancel and try again.
I am on Vista Ultimate SP1 if that matters.
Any Advice?

Hello Coty,
Unfortunately, I do not think that the problem is related to our live server, but to the way the browser handles the download process.
In order to avoid further download problems (of anything from the web) I suggest you use some download manager (i.e. FlashGet, GetRight and etc.). Please note that you have to be logged in your Client.net account for the download to start.
