Problem with tab strp(Dynamic loading of user control on tab click )

Hello alll
i am having a rad tabstrip with multipage facilty
i  need to dynamically  load usercontrol according to the request of tab click .
how can i dynamicall load the user control in the pageview on each tabs

Also i want to call a public function from this user control when i raise a event outside the user control.
